Exchanges and returns

SIZE CHANGES

• Free in our store in Madrid, Calle Claudio Coello 25
• Call to check stock at 638 88 12 17.
• Bring the purchase receipt, the garment, and the shipping box in perfect condition.
• You have 30 calendar days.

- At home:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exchange a size. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and accessories. Including the original packaging (Box, card, bow and bag if applicable).

For return, the Manech box must be placed in a shipping bag or other box. If it doesn't arrive properly, €5 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If any of the packaging accessories (including the ribbon and card) are missing or do not arrive in good condition, €4 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Size exchanges at home will cost €2.90 in Spain and can only be made once. For the next size exchange, the item must be returned and purchased again.

Changes within the EU will cost 10 euros. 

Exchanges outside the EU will cost 29 euros.

 

 Conditions for changing sizes:

• In Spain, the first size change costs 2.90 euros.
• You can request a size exchange for the garment you purchased. If you wish to exchange a model or product, you must request a refund and make a new purchase.
• Size exchanges will only be processed if the requested size is in stock in our warehouse or showroom. Otherwise, we will issue a refund or a gift receipt for pre-ordered items.
• This service is not available for orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international orders. For these orders, size exchanges will be processed as a return and a new purchase.
  

 

Procedure:

In order for us to manage the size change, we need you to do it through the following link: Exchanges or returns

We will process your request within 24-72 hours. We will send you a label by email so you can place it on the package in which your order arrived, so the carrier can properly collect it. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the package be identified with the label and order email so we can track it and prevent any errors.

Once we receive the garment at our warehouse and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to send you the new size you requested.

 

 

 

 

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it. *Returns on pre-order products are not accepted. A single exchange may be made for another product not in pre-order or for a voucher for the amount paid at Manech*

Costs:

Manech is not responsible for the costs of returns (except in the case of an error on our part or defects), but we will assist with processing them at any time. These costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. 

• In our Madrid store, Calle Claudio Coello 25. It costs 4 euros.
• Home delivery. Return costs for orders from Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal will be between €7 and €12.50 per order, depending on the option selected in the returns panel.
• For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international orders, return shipping costs will be:
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15-20
• International orders: Europe and other destinations: €15-20
• Other destinations: 50-60 euros.
• Under no circumstances will shipping costs for the initial order be refunded unless it is due to an error on our part or a product defect. 
• Size exchanges or returns of jewelry will be processed separately from other products on the website. That is, in different packages, with different methods, different rates, and different addresses.

Once we receive the item at our warehouse and verify that it's in perfect condition, we'll refund the amount paid, minus the return shipping costs.

Refund for return:

You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for your purchase within a maximum estimated time of 15 days from confirmation of the return acceptance, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs will not be refunded*
