SIZE CHANGES

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make a size change. The garments must be with their original labeling and must be in the same conditions in which you received them: unused, unwashed and without modifications of any kind and with all labels and accessories. Including original packaging (box, card, bow and bag if applicable).

The Manech box for return must be placed in a shipping bag or other box. If it does not arrive properly, 5 euros will be subtracted from the refund amount.

If any of the packaging accessories (including the bow and card) are missing or do not arrive in good condition, 4 euros will be deducted from the return amount.

Size changes will cost 2.90 euros in Spain and can only be made once, for the next size change the garment would have to be returned and purchased again.

Changes within the EU will cost 10 euros.

Changes outside the EU will cost 29 euros.

Size change conditions:

• In Spain, the first size change costs 2.90 euros.
• You can request a change in the size of the garment you purchased. If you want to make a model or product change, you must request a return and make a new purchase.
• The size change will be made as long as the requested size is in stock in our warehouse or our showroom. Otherwise, we will proceed to make a refund or a gift ticket in the case of garments that are in pre-order.
• This service is not available for orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international orders. In these orders, size changes will be managed as a return and new purchase.

We will respond to your request within 24-72 hours. We will send you a label by email so that you can please put it on the package in which your order arrived so that the carrier can pick it up correctly. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the package is identified with the label and order email so that we can track it and avoid any errors.

Once we receive the garment in our warehouse, and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to send you the new size requested.

* Returns on pre-order products are not accepted, a single exchange can be made for another product that is not in pre-order or for a voucher for the amount paid in Manech*

Costs:

Manech is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in the event of a defect), but we will help manage it at all times. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. The transportation costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order will be .

• Return costs on orders from Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal will be between €7 and €10 for each order depending on the option selected in the returns panel.
• For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and international orders, the return costs will be:
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15-€20
• International orders: Europe and other destinations: €50-60

Refund for return:

You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in a maximum estimated time of 15 days from confirmation of acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
