Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Spain and Portugal:

• For orders in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal, shipping costs are €4.90. Delivery time for shipments is between 24-72 working hours. For the Balearic Islands, delivery time is between 3 and 6 working days.

• For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are €9.90. Delivery time for shipments is between 3 and 6 working days. In this case, customs costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer does not collect the order once it is in customs, he or she will be responsible for the costs incurred by the return of the order. These costs will be deducted from the amount of the return of your purchase.

Europe:

• For orders to countries within the European Union, shipping costs are €9.90. Delivery times for shipments are between 3 and 6 working days.

• For orders to other European countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, shipping costs are €13. Delivery time for shipments is between 7 and 10 working days. In the case of shipments to countries that are not part of the EU, customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; these costs must be assumed by the customer. If the customer does not collect the order once it is in customs, he or she will be responsible for the costs incurred by the return of the order. These costs will be deducted from the amount of the return of your purchase.

International Orders:

• Shipping costs for the USA, Canada, Latin America and ROW (Rest of the World) are €23. Delivery time for shipments is between 7 and 10 working days. In the case of shipments to countries that are not part of the EU, customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; these costs must be assumed by the customer. In the event that the customer does not collect the order once it is in customs, he/she will be responsible for the costs generated by the return of the order. These costs will be deducted from the amount of the return of your purchase.

During special sales periods (sales, outlet, Christmas) the delivery time may be longer than usual, and we are not responsible for any delays by the transport company.
