Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Spain and Portugal:

• For orders within Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal, shipping is FREE. Delivery time is between 24 and 72 business hours. For the Balearic Islands, delivery time is between 3 and 6 business days.

• Shipping is FREE for orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Delivery time is between 3 and 6 business days. In this case, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not collect the order once it arrives at customs, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Europe:

• For orders to countries within the European Union, shipping is FREE. Delivery time is between 3 and 6 business days.

• For orders to the rest of Europe, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, shipping is FREE. Delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days. For shipments to countries outside the EU, customs duties and other taxes (tariffs) are included. If the customer fails to collect the order once it arrives at customs, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Orders:

• Shipping to the USA, Canada, Latin America, and the RDM (Rest of the World) is FREE. Delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days. For shipments to countries outside the EU, customs duties and other taxes (tariffs) are included. If the customer fails to collect the order once it arrives at customs, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

During special sales periods (sales, outlets, Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
